The French Alps cycling tours will plan everything- right from booking air tickets to transporting your luggage to the hotel rooms, to make your trip enjoyable and comfortable. They are reliable, as they guarantee you the best touring experience making your trip a fun-filled holiday.

July 28th:  Geneva airport pickup and shuttle the delixe hotel in the village of Divonne-les-Bains. Enjoy a scenic shakedown ride along Lake Geneva- past vineyards and fields of sunflowers. Welcome dinner to meet the other cyclists.

July 29th: Shuttle to the starting town of Annecy, where guests ride along Lake Annecy and the beautiful yellow sunflower fields on your way over the Col de Leschaux and  Col du Frene to the Olympic village of Albertville that will be your base for the next several days.

July 30th: Riding options include a loop that includes the Col de Tamie and the Col de la Croix-Fry or the loop plus the Col de la Forclaz, Col des Aravis and the picture perfect Col des Saisies…Both of these Tour de France climbs have unbelievable views of Mt. Blanc in the distance.  Afternoon relaxation poolisde followed by a group dinner. Day totals = 40 miles and 5,000 ft or 75mi and 9,000 ft.

July 31st: After a hearty breakfast, the out and back ride goes to Cormet de Roselend. Climb the rocky peak then descent to our lunch spot in the historic village of Beaufort know for its famout Beaufort cheese. Dinner today is you choice. Day totals = 50 miles and 5,500 feet of climb.

August 1st:  After breakfast and hotel check out you’ll clime the Col de la Madeleine; one of the most mythic and classic mountain passes featured in the Tour de France. The northern side is of Col de la Madeline has a long steady climb with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. After a flat section when you reach the base of the valley, you’ll ascend the Col du Télégraphe to the ski village of Valloire which is set in the shadows of Galibier.  Our group dinner will include local Savoyard specialties and wine from the region. Day totals = 68 miles and 9,500 feet of climb.

August 2nd: After a breakfaast of deliciouse pasteriers, climb the majestic Col du Galibier! Graffiti from past Tours will remind you that this road has seen many key showdowns since it was first used in the 1911 Tour de France. Enjoy the magnificant views from the top of the Meije glacier before a long memorable 40+ km descent to the final challenge of the day the climb up to Les Deux Alpes. tonight you’ll enjoy dinner with the group.
Day totals = 50miles and 7,600 feet of climb.

August 3rd: Enjoy a restful night at the family run chalet to the sound of cow bells and the smell of freshly baked croissants. Today’s challenge is the legendary Alpe D’Huez. Save some energy for the afternoon climb up Col du Sarenne before the technical and serpentine like descent to the base of Les Deux Alpes. Option to climb up or take a shuttle to our hotel in Les Deux Alpes. Group dinner.
Day totals = 38miles and 5,000 ft or 45 miles and 7,000 feet.

August 4th: As all good things must come to an end, so does this tour. After breakfast and hotel check out this tour’s final challenge is epic – following the past Tour De France routes over the famous Col du Glandon / Col de la Croix de Fer double with an option to climb Col de la Madeline from La Chambre side.  After lunch you’ll be takend back to a Geneva area airport hotel. Our mechanics will assist you in packing your bike for your flight home that night or choose and stay an “OPTIONAL NIGHT” and depart the next day. Day totalks = 52miles and 4,500 ft or 76 miles and 9,600 ft.
