Bicycling Magazine Core Exercises

This year I’ve been working on my core and it has been helpful in relieving lower back pain, helping balance, and I assume helping my cycling. An exercise they didn’t include was sidestepping with a training “runner band” to strenthen your hips. Since we just go back and forth with our legs, the side muscles are often weaker than we know (at least for me). I do many of these every morning.
